We stayed at a great old building with updated rooms, Schooner Tavern. The large family room was fantastic, with the most comfortable beds. The host, Mike, was very engaging, sharing tourist tips for the area. The dinner at his tavern was wonderful, and the free breakfast exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay again!

We got excellent value for our money at the Schooner Tavern. The room was spacious and met all our needs. The location was central and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

We had a fantastic stay at The Schooner Tavern. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location of the property was superb. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a very comfortable bed. The hospitality from the host and hostess was excellent, and we enjoyed delicious breakfasts and dinners during our stay. The owners were extremely helpful, providing us with great advice on local attractions and how to get there. We even appreciated their flexibility when my husband wanted to bring his pint across the road to meet a friend at another pub. the service and atmosphere were outstanding, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Schooner Tavern.
