Had a great city trip and stayed at a lovely boutique hotel. Check-in was quick and we were greeted with a refreshing drink. The disabled room was excellent for our wheelchair-bound friend. The hotel had a dark and stylish decor with big mirrors in the corridors. The bedroom was clean and had nice toiletries. Breakfast had a good variety of options.

The hotel room felt impersonal and could use some feminine touches. The downstairs female bathrooms were poorly designed, with no space for bags or makeup and inadequate lighting.

Great pet-friendly hotel with dog allowed everywhere. Staff is efficient and friendly. The room is spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a really comfy bed. The hotel has excellent food, particularly in the West restaurant. Cooked-to-order breakfast is a delight.

The bar can get busy, especially on a Saturday night.

I recently stayed at a boutique hotel with a great bar and restaurant. The spacious room was lovely and I especially enjoyed the Voya range in the bathroom. The shortbread from the bakery was a nice touch. The front desk staff were friendly and gave us helpful tips for our stay. The comfortable bed and pillows made for a good night's sleep. The pub food was also quite good. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near a beautiful beach/pier and provides easy access to the Cliffs of Moher and Connemara. The broadband worked well and the breakfast was perfect. I would definitely recommend the bar food, as it was of a very high standard and served in an elegant restaurant-like manner.

The Twelve exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money and the room itself was spacious and well-equipped. The location was perfect, with easy access to Bearna village, Silver Strand, Spideal, and Galway City. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection even better would be more variety in the menu.

The location, just a short drive from the city, was perfect for my purposes. The West restaurant exceeded my expectations with its amazing tasting menu. The spacious room, comfortable bed, and complimentary water and coffee machine were much appreciated. The breakfast, prepared by a talented chef, was absolutely delicious. The hotel also had excellent parking and was located in a charming village with quirky features throughout.

We were delighted with our recent stay at a small hotel near Galway. The underground parking was convenient and the staff were very nice. Our room was reasonably nice and we appreciated the small touches like the welcome note and chocolates. The breakfast, although sparse, was cooked to order and the pizza from the Twelve Bakery was amazing. We even got a delicious cake to celebrate my husband's birthday. I would highly recommend this hotel for a nice getaway near Galway.

our recent stay in barna was absolutely perfect. everything exceeded our expectations. the boutique hotel had a luxurious modern decor and the family suite was spacious and well equipped for our children. the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and even left us a lovely handwritten note and treats. the pins gastro pub offered delicious food and a wide selection of drinks. overall, it was a fantastic experience that we will definitely be back for.

The location was ideal for exploring the beautiful surroundings, including a visit to Lettermullan. The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel right at home. The hotel itself was very comfortable, and the food was excellent. We dined here for three evenings and were never disappointed. The service was professional but also very approachable. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place, especially for families.
