I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Victoria. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the lively nightlife in Galway. The newly renovated room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the necessary amenities. The restaurant provided delicious food, especially the beef burger, and the breakfast spread was generous. Despite the ongoing renovations, I hardly noticed any noise or inconvenience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure all my needs were met. I had a great experience at Victoria and would recommend it to others.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure that my needs were met during my business trip. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the city center, which made it easy to explore and access local attractions. The cleanliness of the rooms was also commendable.

There were a few negative aspects of my stay. the room I was assigned was quite small and did not have air conditioning, making it uncomfortable at times.

I had a great stay at this hotel in the city center which was perfect for exploring Galway's nightlife. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities provided were satisfactory. The room I stayed in, on the second floor, looked like it had been recently upgraded and I especially liked the very comfy bed. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, with a selection of hot meals and lovely Danish pastries. I also appreciated the drinkable coffee served with breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk to all the popular pubs, restaurants, and attractions in the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The attached bar was also a fantastic place to unwind and enjoy a drink. Despite a minor inconvenience of some construction work happening nearby, it didn't significantly impact my overall experience. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location, friendly staff, and cozy atmosphere.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the city center, and it was perfect. The location was very convenient, as it was right next to the train and bus station and just below a big square. I was impressed with the service here, especially from the receptionists who offered to hold our bags for a few hours after check-out. The room was well-equipped with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a sitting area. The hotel also offered room service and laundry options. I loved the free toiletries and the electric kettle, and the television was great for winding down after a long day. The dining restaurant was fantastic, and the bar/lounge area had a great atmosphere. The staff was very accommodating, especially with special diet menus. it was a wonderful stay.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, just a short walk from the train station and close to Eyre Square. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room itself was spotless and modern, providing a comfortable and cozy space to relax. The restaurant attached to the hotel was a nice bonus, and the bartender provided excellent service. The breakfast, both off the menu and continental, was delicious. The hotel staff also remembered and congratulated me on my engagement, which was a lovely touch. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

The only drawbacks were the lack of hot water in the morning and the ongoing construction noise outside the window. However, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall positive experience.

During my Christmas stay in Galway, I had a fantastic experience at a centrally located hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, making me feel very welcome. The room I stayed in was spotless and had a beautiful view of the docks from the dual aspect windows. The breakfast offered at the hotel was fresh and plentiful, with a good variety of choices. the hotel provided great value for money and I can't wait to return.

One aspect that I didn't particularly like was the narrow and awkward sink unit in the bathroom. It was difficult to wash when I only wanted a quick wash and not a shower.

The moment we stepped into the lobby of this hotel, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and catered to our needs throughout our stay. The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic, with everything we wanted to see and do just a stone's throw away.

Good menu variety with veggie options. Comfortable bed, blackout curtains, no outside noise. Convenient parking nearby. Would stay again.
