Everything was fantastic.

The afternoon tea was a real treat, with a choice of delicious teas and the opportunity to win a dinner for two. The staff were friendly and the seats were plush and comfortable. Plus, the hotel's location made it easy to walk to all the must-see areas.

The customer service left a lot to be desired. The staff were not attentive, and my requests for additional items in the room were not fulfilled.

The location was perfect, right in the city center near Trinity College, Temple Bar, and the Grafton Street Shopping Area. It was also conveniently close to the National Museums of Ireland, the Book of Kells, Dublin Castle, Christ Church Cathedral, St Patrick's Cathedral, and the River Liffey. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the rooms were beautifully designed with attention to detail.

The decor is unique and pays homage to the building's history as a former bank.
