Felt like at home, nothing too much trouble.

I had an amazing experience here! My room overlooking the harbour had the most spectacular view of the sea. The staff, including the breakfast and restaurant staff, Kevin and Fiona at the bar, and the receptionist, were all so helpful and provided top-notch service. The hotel amenities were luxurious, including the leisure spa and wellness centre where I enjoyed a relaxing massage by Paulo, the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals and provided in-room breakfast and packed lunches. The location was perfect, with a holiday feel and garden furniture situated right on the Quay, making it a great spot for a morning coffee or evening drink. Free Wi-Fi and luggage storage were a plus.

This place is a great choice for families!

The hotel is located in a great area, close to restaurants of sister hotels, where the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and smart TVs were an added bonus. The breakfast was very good and the pool facilities for families were impressive, with a family changing room and designated swim times. The staff overall were amazing and couldn't have been better.

One disappointing aspect was the lack of loungers and relaxation area in the spa, as well as the pool being closed without explanation for a long period of time.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in a lively location with a spacious room and a nice view. The front of house staff were very nice and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The atmosphere in the lobby was inviting and the overall experience was amazing. The spa and jacuzzi were a great addition, providing relaxation and tranquility. The food served was delicious and the rooftop Waterfront Restaurant offered stunning views of Clew Bay during breakfast. The buffet style breakfast had a variety of cereals, fruit, and breads, and I could also order cooked breakfast items to my liking. The dinner at the Towers Bar and Restaurant was equally delightful, with a beautiful sunset over the bay as the backdrop. The modern and luxurious facilities, along with the caring and friendly staff, made my stay truly enjoyable.

What a great way to kick off the New Year! We loved the complementary breakfast and the delicious dinner that was served at the bar. the location of the hotel couldn't be better, with stunning views and easy access to the town centre.

As party people, we loved the friendly staff, renovated rooms, and comfortable beds. The Coast bar had delicious food and reasonable prices. The thermal suite and pool were great for relaxation. Breakfast had a wide variety of options with a beautiful view.

The breakfast every morning was delicious and the views of Clew Bay and Croagh Patrick were breathtaking. We also received a thoughtful box of chocolates and a lovely card for our anniversary. The staff at the waterfront restaurant went above and beyond to make our anniversary meal special, even surprising us with personalized anniversary desserts. The location of the hotel, within walking distance of Westport Town and Westport House, was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room I stayed in had a fabulous view of Clew Bay. The location was beautiful, with scenery all around, and the staff treated me like a VIP, making me feel very special.

The breakfast experience could have been improved by having a more efficient table service.
