I had a wonderful stay at the charming Westport Country Lodge. the warm and authentic hospitality made me feel like I was back in my childhood home. the staff, especially Gerry, went above and beyond to ensure I had a perfect stay. the surroundings were breathtaking, with gorgeous hills and mountains in the distance. Ro, who checked me in, was an absolute treasure and took care of my every need. the comfort and service at the lodge exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to return!

The location of this hotel is simply beautiful - surrounded by stunning countryside and just a short drive from the town. It's the perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle and enjoy some peace and quiet. The staff here are lovely and provide great service. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with the added bonus of being able to control the heating. And last but not least, the breakfast options are fabulous, offering a great variety of choices.

The vegetarian options for breakfast and dinner were limited.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The hotel is situated in a beautiful quiet rural area, with stunning views of the mountains. It was a great base for exploring the surrounding countryside. The staff in the bar and restaurant were attentive and welcoming, and the food was delicious. The hotel room was comfortable and clean, with a great bathroom. The receptionist was very helpful, providing us with a map and a fantastic recommendation for our next destination. this hotel offers great value for money, with basic amenities and rooms with lovely views.

Beautiful location with stunning views of the mountains. Cosy and festive atmosphere. Food was delicious, especially the chicken wings and steak sandwich. Amazing staff, especially the younger lady during dinner service. Family room was gorgeous and spacious, making the girls very happy.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel during our three-day motorcycle tour of the West coast. The location, just outside Westport, was perfect for us as it allowed us to easily explore the beautiful countryside. The hotel facilities were excellent, with spacious and clean rooms that provided everything we needed. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. The breakfast included in the room rate was fantastic, offering a great choice of delicious food to start our day off right.

Nothing not too like.

Loved the warm welcome we had from the hotel staff during our recent countryside break. the rooms were spotlessly clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We especially enjoyed the delicious complimentary breakfast and appreciated the effortless parking. the stunning views from our hotel room were an added cherry on top.

Although, we had an enjoyable stay, the inexperienced restaurant staff let the hotel down. We also noticed a few guests smoking near the entrance, which was quite off-putting.

The value for money was great, the room was spacious and comfy, and the location in a quiet area was convenient. The staff were friendly and hospitable, making our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast option could have been improved with more variety or options.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a very nice and quiet area. The location was ideal if you like a stroll or a run in the countryside, and it was only a few minutes' drive from a popular town and a famous mountain. The staff were very attentive and friendly, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The basic amenities in the rooms were impressive, with tall tables and chair covers adding a touch of elegance. The rooms themselves were cozy and clean, and I particularly loved the fairylights and the large TV. The tea-making supplies were a nice touch, perfect for a hot beverage before bedtime. Although my room had one small window, next time I would request a bigger one to enjoy the scenic views even more. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, with a special shoutout to the breakfast chef for their delicious creations.

The breakfast is delicious, with a good selection of options. The hotel also offers family-friendly amenities, such as a bouncy castle for kids. it is a peaceful and pleasant place to stay.

our stay at the lodge was beyond our expectations. the location was perfect, offering stunning views of the landscape and mountains of westport. the staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was excellent, especially the lemon cheesecake. our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and waking up to the beautiful mountain view was nostalgic. it was the perfect end to our westport adventure.
