The decor was beautiful and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Josephine, the receptionist, was particularly pleasant and made us feel welcome. the girl serving us in the restaurant was also lovely; she is doing a PhD and was very patient with us. the rooms were excellent and clean, thanks to the hardworking housekeeping staff. Tara on reception was especially helpful and always had a lovely smile. our stay was amazing and the staff went above and beyond to make it special, even helping us stage a surprise engagement. the beds were comfortable and each morning we woke up to warm and inviting surroundings.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood yet within easy reach of all the local attractions. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed, including a sitting area, free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent customer service from the moment we arrived. Special mention to Dagmara at reception, who epitomized good customer service. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the restaurant and bar area were top-notch. the service, amenities, and atmosphere of this place were second to none.

The Westwood Hotel in Galway was a delightful experience from start to finish. As soon as I arrived, the charming receptionist made me feel welcome and went out of their way to assist with any questions I had. the staff at the restaurant went above and beyond, even serving us an earlier breakfast that was not only delicious but also enjoyed in pleasant surroundings. the room itself was clean and spacious, providing plenty of seating areas to relax. the strong wifi connection was a bonus for staying connected.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a lovely location. Only stayed one night and it wasn't too far from the city centre. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The only minor issues I encountered were a weak shower and a slightly warm room. it was an excellent stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was great, being close to shopping areas and other amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing good customer service.

The cleanliness of the room was a major issue. The room appeared to have been half cleaned, with remnants of previous guests still present.

Great location close to the city center and easy to get to. the rooms were clean and comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay. the breakfast was delicious and included in the room rate, which was a great bonus.

We found the staff to be rude, especially in the bar area, which put a bit of a damper on the experience. the limited menu options and slow service in the bar also left something to be desired.

I recently had a stay at a hotel in Galway and I must say, I was impressed. When I arrived, I got lost and called the front desk for directions. The woman at the desk was incredibly helpful and guided me back to the hotel without any hassle. The check-in process was smooth and I was pleased to find that my room was clean, tidy, and spacious. Although my room overlooked a boiler house, which might bother light sleepers, the overall comfort and amenities were excellent.

The dining room, although small and with tables slightly close together, offered a great breakfast selection. I enjoyed porridge one morning and poached eggs the next, both of which were delicious.
