My stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff at Penta were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were kind enough to change our room to a spacious ground floor room with a beautiful sea view. The room itself was great, with plenty of room and a fantastic shower. The staff even assisted us when we missed our ferry, allowing us to make a phone call from the reception to arrange an overnight stay in Morecambe. the experience was enjoyable and we look forward to coming back. This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location on the promenade is perfect, giving you a beautiful view of the sea. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are well-equipped, with basic amenities and microwaves in the bedrooms. The multiple windows make the rooms bright and airy. Additionally, the breakfast, although at an extra cost, is served with a lovely view of the promenade.

stayed in douglas before but penta blew me away. spacious room, spotlessly clean, with iron and hairdryer. staff friendly, nice sea view from breakfast room. would recommend.

The Penta Douglas is a great value for money hotel. With its prime location on the promenade in Douglas, the hotel offers stunning views of the seafront. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with large windows that allow plenty of natural light to flood in. The attention to detail is impressive, from the biscuits provided with the tea and coffee facilities to the nice view of the promenade. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring that guests have a pleasant stay. The basic amenities are all provided, including a good-sized bathroom with all the necessary toiletries. And to top it all off, the breakfast, although at an extra cost, is delicious and served with a view of the promenade.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this budget hotel. the staff at Penta were friendly and helpful. the room was spacious and comfortable with a large bathroom, including a full-sized bath with shower over. I appreciated the amenities such as tea and coffee in the room. the breakfast provided toast, yogurt, and cereal, which was more than enough. I had a great experience and would definitely book again.

The hotel is in an excellent position, right on the promenade with easy access to the electric railway and steam railway. The rooms are large, airy, very clean, and have comfortable beds. The bathrooms are spacious, very clean, and well-equipped. The staff provides excellent service, going above and beyond to meet guests' needs. The breakfast offers a choice of cereal, fruit juice, toast, jam, and coffee or tea.

The towels and bedding are old and tired.

The room at The Penta was spacious and clean, with a bathroom that looked recently renovated. I appreciated the easy-to-use shower and the availability of both a shower and bath. The location was also convenient, just a short walk from the Manx Electric Railway. I was pleased to find that they provided soya at breakfast for vegetarians like me. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel.
