From the friendly and helpful staff who assisted us with parking and provided a map for exploring the city, to the spacious and well-appointed rooms with a large balcony to enjoy the evenings. The hotel's commitment to providing a cultural experience shone through with the inclusion of fruits in the room and traditional Palestinian dishes served at breakfast. It truly felt like a home away from home.

The hotel itself is a serene oasis in the bustling city, with beautiful antique decorations and comfortable rooms. The on-site restaurant served delicious pizzas and Arabic food that I highly recommend trying. I had a fantastic time and would definitely choose the Azzahra Hotel again when I return to Jerusalem.

Rooms have an oriental style, reminiscent of spy movies. The restaurant offers delicious Palestinian, Italian, and Mediterranean cuisine.
