I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful location of Canaan Hotel. Surrounded by trees and fresh air, the view was simply fantastic. The rooms were clean and well-arranged, with a small balcony to enjoy the scenery. The bathroom was luxurious and spacious, and the TV had a great selection of channels. I loved the special room with the library and computer, which was free to use. The hotel also had a wonderful selection of herbs and teas available for guests to enjoy. Every evening, there was live music or performances, adding a special touch to our stay. The garden was magnificent, with plenty of seating options to relax and take in the astonishing view. The dining room was large and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. There was a wide variety of food available, with new items being added every day. The spa was also great, with attentive staff who ensured we had a relaxing experience. Despite some minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend Canaan Hotel for its beautiful location, clean rooms, friendly staff, and overall enjoyable stay.

We loved the canopy bed and the tray of Israeli dried fruit. The buffet meals were delicious, especially the veggie options and BBQ. The view was stunning and the massages at the spa were fantastic.

I arrived at Canaan Hotel and was welcomed with a lovely bottle of wine and fresh fruits in my room. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The hotel provided hot tea and fresh fruits for the entire Shabbat, and the food was plentiful and delicious. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained. Despite a minor inconvenience of not having a view, my overall experience was wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the variety of delicious food options at the buffet and the beautiful location of the hotel. The spa massages were a delightful treat after a long day of trekking. The staff was kind and the swimming pool and hot tub were excellent amenities.

The parking was convenient, and the location was excellent, especially with the famous coffee and tea area nearby. Transportation was easy to arrange, and I loved that the hotel was located right next to the Dalton winery. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a great variety of cheeses, salads, and raw vegetables. But what really stood out was the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and provided exceptional service throughout my stay.
