One of the highlights of my stay at Isrotel was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure all my needs were met. Additionally, the location of the hotel in the beautiful forest was truly breathtaking. The serene surroundings added to the overall relaxation and tranquility of the experience. I also enjoyed the wide variety of dishes offered during both dinner and breakfast, providing ample options to satisfy every palate.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the limited shade near the external pool and the occasional inconvenience of having to wait for my room upon arrival, these were easily overshadowed by the overall positive experience.

Located in the stunning Carmel Forest area, this rustic and charming resort is perfect for those seeking a peaceful retreat. The rooms, although small, are clean and offer beautiful views of the Carmel landscape and the Mediterranean sea. Guests can indulge in the spa facilities and enjoy the tranquility of the pool area. The staff is friendly and caring, providing professional service throughout the stay.

As foreign tourists, we loved the luxurious facilities and peaceful atmosphere surrounded by nature. The meals were delicious, and we enjoyed the amazing piano performances by the talented musician in the lobby. The breakfast on Friday was excellent, and the couples' massage was truly incredible. The private jacuzzi with champagne and fruit was a delightful addition. The location is truly unique, with beautiful views and clean air. The spa treatments were fantastic, and the customer-relations manager went above and beyond to ensure a great experience.

The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, with stunning views of the gardens, pool, and Carmel landscape. The swimming pool area is peaceful and well-maintained. The snack bar and restaurant offered delicious meals, and the evening tennis activities were a great way to unwind. I highly recommend Isrotel for a fantastic customer experience.
