The hotel staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They provided excellent service and were always ready to assist us with any requests or questions we had. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city. It was within walking distance of the market district, where we found some excellent restaurants. Additionally, it was close to the Israel Museum, allowing us to easily visit this attraction.

The dinners were excellent, and they even accommodated my request for a handicapped-accessible room. The hotel is stylishly decorated and the bed was very comfortable. One unique feature is their commitment to eco-friendly practices, such as using glass bottles for water. We were also given access to the Executive Lounge, which had a great view and served light, healthy food. The location is exceptional, with easy access to Dead Sea, Tel-Aviv, and the airport.
