the service level provided by the staff was exceptional, from the restaurant to the pool area. Rafaa, in particular, stood out as an excellent and friendly staff member. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant and made us want to return. We enjoyed the restaurant and the pool, and the entire experience was truly customer-oriented.

The room was incredibly comfortable and quiet, allowing for a peaceful and restful stay. the pool was spacious and well, maintained, offering a perfect spot for relaxation and play. Additionally, the breakfast provided was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate. Another great aspect was the convenient location, ideal for both walking and running activities, as well as for exploring nearby travel routes.

One minor inconvenience was the app for pre, check, in, but it was easily resolved by obtaining a traditional room key card. Additionally, there was an issue with a credit card charge that required clarification and rectification, which slightly marred the overall experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The breakfast on Friday was excellent with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The hotel facilities were great, including a pool and grounds that were very kid-friendly. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially the front desk and dining room staff. The location in an enclosed area next to a golf course and surrounded by greenery added to the relaxing atmosphere.

During our stay, we were upgraded to a spacious suite, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was large and comfortable, providing us with a great experience. The hotel's beautiful grounds and facilities, especially the pool area, added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Despite a few minor inconveniences, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel well taken care of.

We had an amazing stay at this fully renovated hotel. The room was big, comfortable, and nicely decorated with high-end finishes. The staff was helpful and nice, especially Roni and Mor at the front desk. The dining room's maitre'd was a charming and elegant gentleman, making our dining experience special. The breakfasts were wonderful, with fresh and delicious food, a good selection of cheeses, and no shortage of anything. The hotel even surprised us with two glasses of Tequila in our room, a nice touch. We also loved the armchair for sunbathing on the balcony and the outdoor shower.

The hotel boasts an enclosed area with a pool, large grass area, day camp, and playground, creating a safe and enjoyable environment for families with young children. The rooms offer impressive views, such as oceans or the pool and grounds, and feature king-sized beds. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious dishes, including freshly made omelets and cappuccinos. However, the hotel lacks proper maintenance and upgrading to justify its high prices.

The hotel staff lacked basic hospitality and customer service skills, failing to welcome guests upon arrival and neglecting to greet them during check-out.

The renovation is amazing. Beautiful spacious rooms with a luxurious feel. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is excellent. Very attentive to the guests and very professional. The hotel staff seemed uninterested in helping guests. I had an issue with the WiFi in my room and I kept calling reception to have it fixed, but nothing was done about it.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with top-notch service and exclusive amenities that fulfilled my every need. the room was well-appointed with lavish furnishings, while the private facilities were simply breathtaking.
