The location was fantastic, with many shops, cafes, and restaurants close by. It was easy to get to the beach and even to the Carmel market and Jaffa by walking along the boardwalk by the sea. The hotel facilities were modernized, including a clean room and a modern bathroom. Additionally, the hotel offered convenient parking options, including a 10-minute walk to Dizengoff Center, which was perfect for overnight parking.

I had a fantastic time at the residence. The location was spot-on, with plenty of amazing bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. It was also just a short walk away from the seaside and other popular spots. The accommodation itself was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. The best part was that I got a free upgrade to a spacious flat, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Despite a few minor issues like an impractical toilet basin and missing shower gels, overall I had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this place for a short stay in the city.

Highly recommended for romantic trips or exploring Tel Aviv.

I stayed at a conveniently located hotel in the center of the city. It was not noisy at night, and there were plenty of buses and shops nearby. The manager was kind enough to offer me a better apartment than the one I had booked because it was available. The apartment was well-cleaned and in good condition. I was also able to leave my luggage at the reception after checking out, which was helpful since my departure was in the evening. Considering the expensive nature of Tel Aviv, the quality/price of this offer was excellent. I had a great experience at Dizengoff Sea Residence.

Spending Christmas in this hotel was a great experience. the room was clean and had modern amenities like a fridge and hot water for tea or coffee. the location was perfect, close to great restaurants and shops and within walking distance of popular attractions. One of the best aspects was the helpful reception staff who were always ready to assist us with anything we needed.

The lack of a hairdryer in the room. We had to ask reception for one, which was a bit inconvenient.
