I had an amazing stay at this hotel inside the Old City. The location was perfect, right by the Jaffa Gate. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impressive, everything looked brand new. The hotel facilities were great, and the breakfast provided was absolutely delicious. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable and were incredibly friendly and helpful.

This hotel is great value for money! It is in the perfect location within the walls of the Old City, close to all the historical and biblical sites, yet tucked away in a small street for a peaceful stay. The rooms are kept in pristine condition and our bed was incredibly comfy. Plus, we loved pre-dinner drinks at the lounge/bar.

One thing that stood out was the exceptional breakfast provided, with a variety of continental and local items to choose from. On top of that, the hotel kitchen staff prepared a breakfast box for those who had early morning trips or transport to the airport, making it convenient for an early rise. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast offerings.

A great location close to all the attractions in Old Jerusalem. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a fridge and a safe. Despite the average breakfast, it was still good value for money. WiFi was reliable and the check-out time at noon was a plus. I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Old Jerusalem.

The location on Yafo St was perfect, right in the heart of the old town, surrounded by charming stores selling souvenirs. The staff treated me like royalty, always helpful and polite. The breakfast included delicious local specialties, adding to the overall wonderful experience.

The Gloria Hotel in Jerusalem provided a fantastic experience. It was perfectly located for guided tours, in a safe and clean part of the old city. The hotel offered great prices for meals and coffee, and the buffet had delicious and varied food. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and the hotel had a genuine and positive vibe.

During my Xmas stay, I enjoyed the complimentary coffee and pastries in the lobby. the location was perfect for exploring the historic city, being just a short walk away from major attractions. the staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations for restaurants.

I did not find much variety in the breakfast buffet and the room could have been cleaner. It felt like the cleaning service missed some spots.

Great value for money, convenient Old City location, walking distance to tourist sites and transport links, shops and restaurants nearby, delicious and plentiful breakfast.
