During my recent stay, I had the most amazing experience at the Odem Guest House. From the moment I walked in, I felt an instant sense of warmth and tranquility. The atmosphere of the place was so inviting and comforting, making it feel like a true home away from home.

Although there were some minor drawbacks, such as weak Wi-Fi and occasionally cold water, these did not detract from the overall positive experience I had at the guest house.

Comfy, clean, welcoming. Enjoyed kitchen, fire area, communal spaces, yoga dome. Stayed 2 nights. Amazing owner, helpful and friendly. Best waffles. No problem with parking. Staff accommodating, suggested nature trails and attractions. Dinner experience with fellow travelers and volunteers. Nice hostel with good kitchen, breakfast, bathroom, garden, dorm room. Feels like home, economical and eco-friendly. Vegan chef, hardworking staff. Welcome to life in the clouds.

The location of the guest house is amazing, nestled in the mountains and surrounded by hiking trails. Guests can enjoy stunning views of Syria from the nearby Valley of Tears. The rooms are spotless and the shared shower rooms are kept clean. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable, providing great advice on nearby places to visit. The breakfast included tasty pancakes and the communal kitchen is well-equipped for those who prefer to cook their own meals.

Some guests mentioned that the communal kitchen can get crowded during peak times.

During my Xmas holiday, I stayed in a guest house in the Golan Heights region that left me impressed. the clean and well-stocked kitchen was a bonus, making cooking on Xmas day a breeze. the location was exceptional, set amongst breathtaking natural scenery that took our breath away.

There were a couple of negative aspects that impacted our experience. the strict check-in time of 9 pm, with an extra fee imposed for late arrivals, created some tension upon our arrival.
