This hotel is a luxurious destination, fulfilling all exclusive amenities desired. the service provided was exceptional, especially at the Spa & wellness centre, where the full body massage left me feeling relaxed. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room were well-maintained, offering an exceptional spa experience. The sun terrace and garden area are the perfect amenities to enjoy the beautiful scenery and soak up the sun, with sun loungers offering additional relaxation opportunities. Cons: the hotel is at a high cost per value. the only minor issue was the breakfast, which was not up to the standard expected from a five-star hotel. this takes nothing away from the hotel's excellent services, making it a perfect vacation spot.

The staff was friendly and hospitable. the views from the hotel were amazing, especially during sunrise and sunset. It was very convenient to have access to the spa facilities and the free snacks and drinks were a nice touch.

Some of the rooms were a bit small and cramped, especially when sharing with others. the water pressure in the shower could be better.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the upper Galilee area, with many attractions close by such as Nahal Iyun and the Banias. The rooms are spacious and well decorated, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. The breakfast is delicious, offering a wide variety of gourmet options. The views from the hotel are breathtaking, especially from the pool area.

The hotel lacks proper maintenance, as some door handles and showers were not working well.

Attentive staff, well-equipped rooms, and a large pool with a stunning view made our stay unforgettable. The complimentary drinks and access to the spa were a lovely touch. Delicious breakfast too!
