This Guest House exceeded our expectations. It's a wonderfully renovated old house with a fantastic location at the foot of the Bahai Gardens. the area is safe and has a great boulevard for evening walks. the owner, Vitaly, was very friendly and ensured our stay was comfortable. the room, though small, was clean and had all the necessary amenities. the location is perfect, within walking distance to great restaurants and bars. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the small room I had was well-equipped with a large flatscreen TV, a clean kitchenette, and a comfortable bed with quiet and effective air conditioning. The guest house has a cozy, homely feel and is exceptionally clean. The wifi is impressively fast, perfect for streaming movies. The shared bathroom arrangement is practically private, making it ideal for families. The location in the German Colony is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants nearby and beautiful surroundings. Great value for the price.

The location of the guest house is fantastic, with the renowned Baha'i gardens just a block away. It is also conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to explore the city. there are plenty of dining options within a few minutes' walk, providing guests with a variety of choices.

There is a lack of storage space in the rooms, with no hooks or shelves to hang up clothes or store dishes.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect for my city break. It was situated right at the bottom of the famous Baha'i Gardens and Shrine of The Bab, giving me easy access to these beautiful attractions. there were plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby, making it convenient for me to grab a quick bite or buy any necessities. The owner of the hotel was always available and the building itself was quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay. The thick walls of the Templar building also provided good soundproofing, allowing me to enjoy watching the huge TV with various channels.

One aspect that I found disappointing was the lack of storage space for hanging clothes. It would have been more efficient if the hotel utilized more wall space for additional storage hooks.

There were plenty of cafes and pubs nearby, creating a lively atmosphere. The room was well-designed and well-equipped, making it a comfortable space to relax.
