I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff, especially the younger ones. As a senior woman, I sometimes needed extra help with my luggage or getting around the hotel, and it would have been nice to receive more attentive service in that regard.

The Shabbat experience at the hotel was also wonderful, with different groups singing songs and bringing in Shabbat in their own unique ways. The location was convenient, with famous places like Liberty Bell Park and the Old City within walking distance. The staff at the entrance even offered us umbrellas when it unexpectedly rained. the Inbal Jerusalem exceeded our expectations and provided a great experience.

We recently celebrated my birthday at Inbal and it was truly unforgettable. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find our room beautifully decorated with balloons, creating a festive atmosphere. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the hotel staff was evident throughout our stay. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing us easy access to all the main attractions in the city.

Despite a few minor issues, such as a leaking sink and a noisy AC, these did not significantly impact our overall enjoyment of the stay. The hotel staff were quick to address any concerns we had and made sure we were comfortable.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleased with the free parking and the convenient location within walking distance to the old city and city center. The friendly and helpful staff made our experience even better.

The executive suite and lounge offer superb value, with gourmet food throughout the day. The Shabbat experience is wonderful, with different groups singing and bringing in Shabbat in their own way. We had an amazing stay at the Jewel of Jerusalem! The rooms were spacious and clean with charging ports and beautiful indirect lighting in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was expansive and delicious, with an array of pastries, fruits, and made-to-order omelets. We also loved the convenience of shopping inside the hotel. The staff was welcoming, efficient, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The electronic pads used for elevator selection were a unique and convenient feature. we highly recommend this property for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the Holy City.

Although the dining experience was mostly enjoyable, there were a few instances where we had to wait longer than expected for our orders to be served and the service was not as attentive as we would have liked. Additionally, the poolside food was slightly overpriced and the use of plastic cutlery and crockery was not very sustainable.
