The room was clean and comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The pool area was a highlight, with plenty of space to sunbathe and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The staff were friendly and efficient, making the overall experience even better. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection of fruits, salads, eggs, cheese. Plus, the addition of espresso and cappuccino made it even better. the hotel provided a high-class experience that we would definitely return to.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Eilat, and I have to say that Isrotel really knows how to provide a top-notch experience! the hotel's location was excellent, just a short walk from the promenade and Ice Mall. the spacious lobby was both inviting and comfortable, while the rooms were clean and well-appointed with a nice bathroom, an electric kettle, and a selection of tea and coffee. But let's talk about the breakfast - it was absolutely amazing! They had a wide variety of fruits, salads, eggs, cheese, and breads, as well as espresso. the pool area was also fantastic, with a clean and beautiful space for drinks and snacks. the hotel had a high-class ambiance, from the special aroma in the lobby to the attentive staff. I can't wait to come back and stay here again!

The wait staff in the dining room were incredibly happy and attentive, making every meal a pleasure. The cuisine served was absolutely amazing, and the location of the hotel was perfect. It was conveniently close to the Wow Theatre and Boulevard Arcade, offering great evening entertainment options. The swimming pools and other facilities were also impressive.

Insane amounts of great quality food. Polite staff, quickly responded to requests. Beautiful lobby, pool, and view from the lounge. Huge food choice. Great restaurant overlooking the pier. Spa and gym available. Plenty of amenities by the pool. Play area with basketball court and ping pong.

The hotel was spacious and never felt crowded, even when fully booked. There were many nice corners to relax in. the 5-star service and professional staff were notable. the children's kingdom was amazing and well-equipped, keeping the little ones entertained.

During my stay, there was renovation work going on in the dining room. the alternative dining room was crowded and somewhat old.

The hotel offers a great location and a wonderful pool area, perfect for a relaxing stay. The breakfast is incredible, and the friendly staff, especially Maor at the reception, are stars. For families with children, the hotel makes a special effort over the Chanukah holiday with workshops and activities.

The highlight, however, was the outstanding service provided by the staff. When I discovered a flooded bathroom and a leaking sink tap, they were quick to respond and resolve the issue. Within just an hour, the tap was replaced. The night manager even called to ensure everything was in order. The attention to detail and level of care was superb. To add a personal touch, the hotel had prepared a welcome package for my birthday, which made me feel truly special. This hotel truly goes above and beyond to provide an exceptional experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its polished atmosphere, vibrant ambiance, and family-friendly environment. My holiday was made memorable thanks to my stay at this exceptional hotel.
