Situated in Rehavia, a calm and marvelous quarter, the hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk from Jaffa Gate and the Old City. The breakfast offers fresh fruit and vegetable salads, along with a simple yet satisfying selection. The rooms are modernly decorated and clean, with a beautiful balcony to relax on. The friendly and helpful staff offer free temporary parking and the option to take a bus back from the Old City.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. I was able to easily walk to the old city and the Jaffa Gate mall areas in just 25-30 minutes. The surrounding Jewish suburb was clean and well-maintained. The room itself was well laid out, very clean, and the AC was a must during my stay.

the staff at Castle were incredibly friendly, kind, and always ready to assist us during our stay. the room we stayed in was well-maintained and clean, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience. the hotel's location was ideal, with public transport within walking distance and a safe neighborhood. We also loved the French breakfast served daily, which was fresh and even allowed us to take extras with us.

As women traveling alone, we appreciated the friendly staff who acted quickly and offered us a choice of rooms. The location on a quiet residential street was great for exploring the nearby Israel Museum.

Over the Christmas holiday, we enjoyed some great complimentary treats and an ideal location close to top restaurants and attractions. the room was clean and tidy, making it easy to feel comfortable and at home.

The noise from nearby construction work made it hard to relax, and the room lacked basic amenities such as proper heating. the staff were not always helpful, and the breakfast was underwhelming.

We had an amazing stay at Castle in Jerusalem! the rooms were impeccably clean and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even provided free temporary parking, which was a great convenience. the hotel's location, in a quiet residential neighborhood, was perfect for exploring the city. It was a pleasant walk downhill to the old city, passing by charming shops along the way. And when we wanted to return, there was a bus that conveniently stopped near the hotel. the rooms with garden views were absolutely delightful. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
