Oh, the breakfast! Just when you think you've had decent meals elsewhere, come here for local flavors packed into each bite. The moment I bit into their fresh, homemade breads, I knew I was in Jerusalem. The location is also a gem—just steps from the city’s heartbeat.

But the hotel's renovations are in full swing! Expect some noise while they spruce up everything—can't wait for those new window frames and parking spots. Age does show in the rooms, but with the big reworking kicking off in July, I’m optimistic for a refreshed experience.

The central location made exploring easy. the staff was genuinely eager to assist, providing helpful recommendations. The price was favorable, making it a reasonable choice amidst the bustling city.

Renovations caused significant noise disruptions early each morning, detracting from the overall comfort. The breakfast options felt limited, and the wi-fi connectivity was quite unreliable throughout my stay.

I stayed at the Jerusalem Gardens Hotel and felt like I had stepped into a cozy, unassuming diner where the charm comes from character rather than extravagant décor. The breakfast was reminiscent of a well-stocked brunch with a variety of cheeses, fresh salads, and made-to-order eggs. You'd expect to find a little sign above the waffle station saying, 'Welcome to Flavor Town! ' The outdoor swimming pools were a delightful escape, perfect for a quick dip after a day of exploring the city.

The welcome felt warm right off the bat, and they managed to find us good tips on getting around the city and even tracking down some specific spots we needed. The upgrades were a nice touch, even if it didn't work out for checking out.

However, there were some noticeable issues that can't be overlooked. The lamps in the room were a mess—some didn't work at all, and the carpet had holes. The bathroom was inadequately equipped, lacking enough plugs for basic grooming necessities. On top of that, the mattress was uncomfortable, making it tough to catch solid rest. Transportation was also a hassle. construction made it tricky for taxis to approach, and we felt overcharged for services that should have been straightforward. Lastly, noise from conferences and a generally busy front desk made things a bit chaotic.

Lekker location, right by the tram, and the staff were super helpful. Brekkie was good too, not much to complain about!

The swimming pool could get quite noisy, especially with all the kids around. Eina!

The location is fantastic! ! So close to the tramway station and major attractions. The staff was super helpful with recommendations, and breakfast is included, which is a big plus.

However, they could improve on the noise levels from renovations, which were a bit disruptive at times.
