During my recent stay at the Kaplan, I had the pleasure of receiving invaluable advice from Eli, the hotel manager. He truly went above and beyond, ensuring that I made the most of my time in the city. The room, although basic, was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was strategic, with plenty of dining options nearby and easy access to the Old City. Additionally, Natan, one of the co-owners, was incredibly welcoming and attentive to our needs.

The owner at Kaplan Hotel was amazing! He took such good care of us, always asking about our day and making sure we were hydrated. I even had a sore back, and he constantly checked if I was okay. the location was perfect, right across from Zion Square and a short walk to Jaffa Gate. Everything, from getting the key to operating the heater, was organized and straightforward. the room itself was clean, airy, and quiet, and we even got a free upgrade to a room with a balcony. the shared kitchenette was a helpful addition for breakfast, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. a great experience at a friendly, family-owned hotel. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Kaplan! the location couldn't be better, with the Jaffa Gate of the Old City just a stone's throw away and Zion Square right next door. It was so convenient for both shopping and exploring the city. the lively atmosphere of Zion Square, with its music-playing youths, added to the charm. the rooms were small but clean, and Eli, the host, was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience comfortable and enjoyable. We especially loved the welcoming greeting we received from Eli and his adorable little dog, Joystick.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, including the bathroom. The room may have been small, but it had everything we needed and was perfect for one person. The balcony provided a lovely view of the Jaffa Road. The location right in the city center made it incredibly convenient for shopping and exploring. We were able to easily walk to the Old City, and the light rail train stopped just around the corner, providing easy transportation to the Holocaust Museum.

As young holiday goers, we loved the helpful staff who assisted us with our heavy luggage and provided great directions. The location was perfect, close to the city center and attractions. The hotel itself was clean and private, and the bathroom amenities were sufficient. The owner was attentive to our needs and made us feel welcome. We also enjoyed the charming balcony in our room.

I stayed at Kaplan for a week while exploring the city. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the light rail station and the old city. The single room had all the essentials including a fridge, good air con, and an excellent shower. The room was clean and recently decorated, with double glazing for a peaceful night. The owner, Natan, was lovely and very helpful, providing useful information and advice. I highly recommend this accommodation.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Kaplan. the location was perfect, just outside the city walls and within walking distance of the old city and light tram stops. the hotel itself was modern and my room was clean and well equipped. the balcony with its charming flower-filled window boxes was a great spot to relax and people-watch. the host, Eli, was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. His advice on sightseeing was invaluable and he even arranged a cheap airport transfer for me. Eli was the best hotelier I've encountered in my travels to 80 countries.

We stayed at a hotel for 4 nights and had a fantastic experience. the location was exceptional, just a 10-minute walk from the Old City and Mahane Yehuda market. Our room, which was clean and bright, comfortably accommodated three people. We also had access to a fully equipped common kitchenette, which was a convenient amenity. What really stood out was the hotel manager and owner, Elly. He was incredibly helpful and patient, treating us like family and making us feel at home. His intelligence, affability, and accommodating nature were much appreciated. We can't praise him enough for his exceptional service.
