Saeed at the front desk was wicked friendly, made me feel like royalty right away! My room was clean as a whistle and comfy too. Just a tiny note, the bar hours felt a bit off. Other than that, so happy with my stay!

The staff went above and beyond to assist with my reservations, and the hotel’s location made exploring Jerusalem incredibly easy. The breakfast spread was impressive, catering to diverse tastes with high-quality options.

From warm smiles at check-in to an impressively varied breakfast, the hotel's charm made me feel welcomed and pampered throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and impeccably clean, enhancing my experience.

Yet, the taxi drop-off area was cramped, creating a bit of inconvenience upon arrival. Some aspects of the organization during busy meal times could be improved for a smoother experience.

Unboxing my experience

My stay was delightful! The hotel staff truly went above and beyond, making me feel welcome. Rama's assistance with my travel arrangements was invaluable. The breakfast was a feast of fresh options, and the room was immaculate with a stunning view. It was a cozy sanctuary after exploring the vibrant surroundings.

The hotel's location is perfect, with a light rail stop right outside that connects directly to the Old City. The rooms are cozy and have a fantastic view, making our family feel at home. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, even allowing us a late check-out which was a huge help for our schedule.

The bar hours were a bit confusing, leading to some missed opportunities for us.

i was almost ready to leave a glorious review, but alas! there was no hair conditioner, only bland shampoo. the breakfast was a battlefield of noisy tourists, and the food was simply subpar. i really expected a complimentary gift for all my trouble, but i got nada, just like my hopes for this stay.

The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, and I appreciated the cleanliness of both the room and common areas. A market and train stop were conveniently nearby, adding to the overall ease of travel. While my experience was overwhelmingly positive, a slightly more organized approach during busy meal times would enhance the atmosphere further.
