As women travelling alone, we felt very safe and comfortable at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was fast. The room was spacious, clean, and modern with a beautiful city view. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well-designed. The Israeli kosher breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of healthy options. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the local market, restaurants, and public transportation.

The hotel's location near the light train station and Mahane Yehuda market makes it a convenient place to stay. It is just close enough to the market to enjoy the atmosphere without being overwhelmed by noise. The rooms are spacious and well-designed with comfortable beds and high-end finishes. Construction outside the hotel may be noisy for late sleepers.

I really enjoyed my stay at this place! The location was perfect for exploring the city- everything was within walking distance to Mahane Yehuda market and other great restaurants. The room amenities were fantastic- they had everything I needed such as ironing facilities, air conditioning and tea/coffee making facilities. The buffet breakfast was really delicious and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The leisure spa & wellness centre was the perfect way to relax after a busy day exploring the city.

The breakfast was super and location was great! the hotel also had nice complementary features. If you're keen to explore the area, it's very close to the light rail which will easily guide you around.

There was also a slight issue with the bathroom door and shower. the main door was quite heavy which made it difficult to open.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was top-notch, from the cleanliness of the rooms and public areas to the attentive staff. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the delicious and varied breakfast. The location was perfect, with easy access to the light rail and close proximity to significant sites in the city, including the market and the Old City.
