Excellent entertainment and attentive staff. We had a fantastic time at the hotel's nightly shows, and the staff, especially Hila, went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. The food was impressive with a wide variety of options, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The room amenities were impressive, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. The hotel also had a variety of facilities, such as a spa & wellness centre, outdoor swimming pool, and entertainment options, ensuring that there was always something fun to do. I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's attention to detail and quality services.

During my xmas vacation, I enjoyed the lively atmosphere and variety of activities available for families. the kids' club offered a great selection of games and entertainment, keeping the little ones busy throughout the day. the location was superb, with easy access to local attractions and facilities such as shops and eateries just a stone's throw away. Lastly, the all-inclusive package provided excellent value, with delicious meals, snacks and drinks on offer.

On the other hand, I found the check-in process to be time-consuming and tedious. the rooms felt cramped and lacked adequate soundproofing, which led to some discomfort during noisy evenings.

Great value for families with kids. Excellent all-inclusive package with delicious food and drinks. Close to the beach, only 10 minutes walk away. Kid-friendly facilities and warm, welcoming staff. Wine and welcome amenities were a lovely touch. Memorable experience, would definitely return.
