The location may not be the best, but we found it convenient to explore the city's attractions and transportation options. The staff were incredibly helpful and always available to assist us with everything we needed. The rooms were clean and had all the necessary facilities, including a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. We also enjoyed the rooftop patio with its stunning views of the city.

The neighborhood surrounding the hotel could be cleaner, which was a minor downside to our stay.

I had a bit of a scare when I arrived late at night and found the front desk empty and the door locked. Fortunately, I had a local cell phone and called the number provided. Within minutes, the attendant appeared and let me in. The security measures in this hotel are impressive, with multiple locked doors that made me feel safe throughout my stay. Additionally, the room was quiet and comfortable, and I enjoyed the view from the rooftop. I had a positive experience at Loui Hotel.

The hotel was in a convenient location, close to the train station and the local attractions. We appreciated the fact that the room had a small kitchenette with utensils, a microwave, and a fridge. Plus, the little courtyard was a nice touch to enjoy a meal outdoors.

Our experience was not great. We were shocked to learn that the room was only cleaned once during our stay and that we had to get our own fresh towels.

Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette for added convenience. Lastly, the value for money was excellent, with affordable prices and a delicious breakfast included. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to fellow travelers.

All was great, nothing to improve.
