The hotel had exceptional views of the city and was conveniently located close to the main sightseeings of Jerusalem. It was also in short walking distance to the Train Station and the old train station where we could enjoy great restaurants. The location of the hotel was great, being within walking distance of the Old City and also close to restaurants and shops. the views from the lobby were breathtaking, with a beautiful view of the old city. Additionally, the food in the restaurant was good.

The staff at the reception and bar were not very friendly or helpful, which made us feel unwelcome. the bar closed early on New Year's Eve, and they were unwilling to serve us a drink.
