Thai resort concept, nice location, helpful staff, good WiFi, ok food, amazing oasis.

The venue provided an atmosphere of luxury and exclusiveness. With access to Beachfront, Spa lounge and Garden area, it fulfilled all my needs. the private facilities were remarkable, the room advantages were awesome. the Swimming pool was impressive with Sun loungers, and the Poolside snack bar offered tasty dishes. Breakfast was grand, a lot of choices were given.

There was only one minor inconvenience; the service was decent, but one staff member was not up to par with the level of service at the hotel.

We had an amazing experience at Orchid Hotel. the decor is beautiful and the location is perfect, right by the beach. We were lucky to receive an upgrade and were able to stay in a gorgeous room with a terrace and stunning views. the staff was friendly and courteous, especially at the reception. the food at the hotel was delicious with a wide variety to choose from. We were also treated like VIPs with a bottle of wine, cookies, and water delivered to our room. this was a fantastic stay and we can't wait to return.

This amazing resort provides a peaceful escape from the bustling city center, offering a serene location close to the aquarium and a stunning 3-4 meter high gallery. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, boasting a big, cozy bed and a huge TV. The friendly staff ensures excellent service, and the breakfast buffet is delicious with a variety of options. Guests can enjoy the close proximity to the beach and the picturesque view from the porch.

The room maintenance and cleaning could use improvement.

The views from the balcony were breathtaking, especially during sunrise. The buggy service was prompt and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of food. I had a pleasant stay at the resort.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is away from the noisy promenade and provides a peaceful atmosphere. The sea observatory, just a short distance from the hotel, offers stunning views of the sea. The evening buffet at the hotel is delicious, with a wide variety of tasty dishes to choose from.

The upkeep of the hotel could be improved in some areas.

During our city trip, we were pleasantly surprised with the complementary breakfast and free Wi-Fi offered at our accommodation. the location was also quite convenient, just a short walk away from restaurants and shops.

The room felt outdated and could have benefited from some updates. the service left a bit to be desired, with staff being slow to respond to our requests.

had an amazing long weekend at eilat. orchid exceeded our expectations. loved the secluded area by the sea, the pool, and the divine rooms. staff was wonderful, and they even upgraded us to a villa. definitely going back!
