The location of the hotel in the garden was beautiful, with breathtaking views of the Golan Heights. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from. The winery on-site offered a great selection of wines for tasting.

The noise from neighboring rooms was a bit disturbing at times.

The rooms were very clean and well-organized. We liked the fact that the hotel had a petting zoo and a winery with great wines. the location was perfect; it was close to all the Golan Heights’ attractions, and we could easily reach them all. we loved the breakfast served in the hotel's dining room, which had a wide range of tasty options.

The wall between our room and our neighbors was thin, and we could hear them talking, especially in the morning. the door of the shower could only be opened a little bit, which was a bit inconvenient for us.

We had an amazing time at Kibbutz Ortal Tourism! The cabin was beautiful and had a charming North-Israeli vibe. The breathtaking views of the Golan Heights left us speechless. The winery offered a variety of delicious wines for tasting and we even brought some home. The customer service was top-notch and the village food was delicious. we highly recommend this unique and pleasant experience.

Excellent breakfast, helpful staff, clean dining area. Room size was satisfactory. Recently renovated with well-designed plumbing and flooring. Amazing views, activities in the area. Enjoyed the cabin with North-Israeli charm. Friendly villagers, great customer service. Small winery with tasty wines. Good location, well-equipped and clean room. Basic but good breakfast.
