I had a pleasant surprise when the hotel offered me a free dinner upon check-in, even though I only booked for one night. The newly refurbished room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely balcony with a view of the Galilee sea. The staff, especially Edna at reception, were always helpful and ready to assist. The location was great, and the added swimming pool was a nice touch.

The food for breakfast could have been better.

I had a great stay at Hotel Lake House Kinneret. The room was clean and comfortable with a spacious shower. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning provided a cool escape from the heat. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a variety of tasty dishes. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The view of the sea was stunning! The bed was super comfy. Breakfast spread was delicious. Lobby was cozy with refreshments all day. Hot Springs included in entry, great for relaxation. Rooms nicely decorated and clean, with a great shower. Garden deck had amazing views. Location was convenient for exploring Golan Heights.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The staff was great, greeting us with fruits and chocolates upon arrival. The breakfast and dinner were amazing, with a huge variety of food available. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a health spa just a short walk away. The location on the shores of the Sea of Galilee provided breathtaking views.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel truly valued throughout our stay. The attention to detail in the modern-retro interior design was impressive, with unique patterns on the keycards and charming pictures on the stationary. We also enjoyed the convenience of a huge breakfast buffet, offering a wide variety of tasty dishes that kept us satisfied all day long.

The packages of toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch, and the minibar was stocked with complimentary drinks. the hotel had a great location, near the lake and walking distance to the city center. the pool was also very nice.

The room was not clean, with hair on the floors and in the shower. the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful.
