Despite the negative aspect, the hotel is situated in a great location, just a short distance from the beautiful Lake Kinereret. Additionally, it is conveniently located in the center of Tiberias, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. The hotel also offers easy access to the best restaurants in the area, allowing guests to enjoy a variety of culinary delights.

We’ve been long time fans of this hotel, this was our 6th or 7th stay. ). The staff was perfect, as always. Welcoming, gracious, eager to assist and pleasant. For a couples retreat you really don’t need to venture outside the property. It's beautiful down to the last detail. The property has a wonderful history as a hospital in the Galilee serving all, and continues that service ethic today. Complimentary gifts were left in our room daily with brand names and business practices promoting peace and unity. The daily buffet is a culinary and visual feast. just astounding. It was our favorite stay in a two week trip of 4 and 5 star hotels.

During our city break, we had a fantastic stay at a beautiful and historic hotel. the staff were very welcoming and even greeted us with a refreshing drink upon arrival. the rooms were stunning, with unique features like stone walls and spacious bathrooms. the hotel grounds were well-maintained and provided breathtaking views of the city. the buffet served at breakfast and dinner was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. We also enjoyed the complimentary gifts left in our room daily, which added a thoughtful touch to our stay.

One aspect that we found slightly inconvenient was the lack of overhead lighting in the rooms. the lamps provided were not sufficient to fully brighten the space after sunset.
