For the price we paid, we got excellent value and the room was simply amazing. The location was fantastic, right on the beach with plenty of great bars and restaurants within walking distance. The staff treated us incredibly well, always attentive and friendly.

One small thing that could make the breakfast experience better would be to improve the variety of items offered.

The room was recently renovated and had a modern design, making it very comfortable. the hotel staff was friendly and efficient during check-in. the view from the balcony was amazing, with a direct view of the beach. the complimentary gifts, including a bottle of wine and a fruit basket, were a pleasant surprise.

The internet connection in the room was unreliable and frequently cut out. This was frustrating as I needed to stay connected for work purposes.

Great location near the beach with fantastic ocean views. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, especially Avi who provided towels for the beach with a big smile. The breakfast in the executive lounge was delicious and the wait staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Special mention to Mary Ann, Sagiv, Alexander, Michael, and Klaudio for their exceptional service. Check-in was smooth thanks to Maria. I would recommend this hotel for its amazing location and friendly staff.

The hotel is in a very safe area, making it ideal for solo women travelers. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The front view of the sea is simply breathtaking. The staff is the highlight of the hotel. They are incredibly gracious and helpful, providing assistance from the moment of arrival. The concierge went above and beyond to help with tour changes and even assisted in downloading a local transportation app. The lobby bar is a great place to unwind and enjoy a light snack, especially during times when many restaurants are closed. The staff at the bar is delightful and attentive. A standout moment was when a guest left her valuables in the room safe, and the hotel's security team promptly contacted her to arrange their return. the service at the Sheraton Grand is exceptional.

We stayed at Sheraton for our wedding anniversary and were upgraded to an ocean-view room. The location was ideal, with easy access to the promenade and close to attractions like Jaffa. The newly renovated hotel had a great ambiance and the facilities were wonderful. The staff, especially Karen at the front desk, were courteous and helpful throughout our visit. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, relaxing pool, and tasty meals from the pool bar. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness and well-maintained facilities were excellent. The hotel is located right next to the wonderful beachfront, with lots of nice places to eat or have a drink in the neighborhood. The spacious rooms were very quiet and fully stocked. The staff, including the concierge, were attentive, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. The breakfasts were excellent, and the hotel had great lounge areas and on-site restaurants. The location was convenient, with some good beach bars nearby and some good restaurants in easy walking distance. we had a wonderful experience.
