The room with a jacuzzi was fantastic for relaxation, and the 24/7 spa pools were a definite plus. the lush grounds felt like an oasis in the desert, providing a peaceful retreat. the staff were exceptional and dedicated to ensuring a memorable stay. the exclusive spa atmosphere and outstanding breakfast were delightful perks.

The high water temperature, restricted property access, and limited restaurant hours posed some challenges. Dirty jacuzzi and early closure of water installations were disappointing.

We were pleasantly surprised by the exclusive spa atmosphere at the resort, which provided a truly relaxing experience. the outstanding breakfast also added to our enjoyable stay. Although it was a bit chilly at night, the cozy ambiance made up for it. Overall, I'll recommend this hotel.

The resort truly creates a European or Florida ambiance, offering an oasis in the desert. The attention to detail and professional staff make it feel like a real luxurious getaway. Guests were impressed by the excellent massages and the perfect breakfast delivered to their rooms. The large rooms with jacuzzi in the lobby were appreciated, and the option to stay in the compound until 9 pm even after check out at 11 am.

Some guests mentioned difficulties with the kashrut oversight and had to bring their own food.
