Nothing, it was perfect.

This hotel provides a luxurious stay with exclusive amenities such as a spectacular outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and a sun terrace. the customer service is top-notch, especially from the professional and helpful customer relations staff. the restaurant, bar, and outside terrace are very pleasant and well-suited for all individuals, including those with disabilities.

There was one minor issue with this hotel. While the service and amenities were exceptional, the room service was not up to five-star level with dirty glasses and empty coffee capsules not being replaced.

The pool area was a highlight, with excellent service and a wide variety of food options. the hotel is located in a prime spot close to many restaurants and shops. the room was spacious and well-maintained.

The concierge service was subpar and often unreliable, and the laundry service was very expensive. On top of that, some of the staff could have been more polite and professional.
