we had a fantastic stay at Roof - By Sea Land Suites. the penthouse room was equipped with everything we needed, and the massive patio offered breathtaking city views. the location was perfect, within walking distance to the beach and surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, and coffee shops. shalom, the friendly manager, was always on hand to assist, providing clear communication and helpful tips for transportation and local amenities. overall, great value for a wonderful holiday experience.

The location of this hotel is excellent, close to the beach, shops, and downtown. The room is clean and comfortable with a large, comfortable bed. The balcony offers a great mix of shade and sunshine. The manager, Shlomi, is extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a great stay. The property has a separate entrance and elevator, providing a hotel-like experience. The huge terrace offers a fantastic view of the Tel Aviv skyline.

I keep returning for holidays as the superb service and cozy amenities never disappoint. During my first visit, the staff kindly assisted with sim cards. This spot has all I need: Wi-Fi, TV, kettle, kitchen essentials, and is pet-free with AC in smoke-free rooms.

The bathroom was quite small and the kitchen lacked basic essentials like dish towels, dish soap, olive oil, salt, pepper, and a coffee maker.

As women traveling alone, we loved the cozy boutique apartment atmosphere at The Roof. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with outstanding beds and pillows. The modern and spacious toilet and shower were a plus. The rooftop terrace was incredibly large and cozy, providing amazing views of the city. We couldn't get enough of this terrace during our stay. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything we needed. we felt safe and well taken care of during our stay.
