We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with every detail attended to throughout the property. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the grand atrium and convenient digital lifts. The location was perfect, being just a short walking distance from the ancient city and an upmarket shopping area. We were able to easily access everything we wanted to see in this city. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of options. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, making sure to cater to our tastes and preferences.

The hotel offered a wide range of amenities, including a luxurious lobby and reception area, spacious and comfortable rooms, and a fantastic location. The building itself was beautifully restored and the room gave a very luxurious feeling. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was amazing, with a huge bathtub and a built-in TV in the mirror. The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to several great restaurants.

The breakfast buffet could have been better, especially on Saturdays when some of the food appeared to have been prepared before Shabbat. Additionally, the customer service at times was spotty, with slow service at the bar and some confusion among the servers.

The location is ideal, with plenty of attractions within walking distance. There is also a shopping center nearby that has many dining options. The main building has beautiful architecture, and some rooms feature stunning views. The breakfast buffet boasts a wide variety of food and choices.

Some minor details may have room for improvement in the gym and business center.
