We absolutely loved the location of this place, right in the center of town. The staff went out of their way to provide wonderful service, and we were thrilled with the amenities provided, including a lovely welcome drink. We were impressed with the range of services available, from car hire to laundry, and enjoyed the fitness center and garden area as well.

We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

As youngsters, we absolutely loved the unique and stylish design of the rooms at the amazing 25Hours Hotel. The comfort and quietness of the rooms, along with the nice balcony, made our stay incredibly enjoyable. The central location, close to the main train station and everything else in Florence, was perfect for exploring the city. The excellent internet connection and great room service were also standout features. We particularly appreciated the attention to detail and quirky decor, with the Dante's Inferno theme adding an extra touch of fun to our honeymoon experience. The complimentary drinks and treats in the fridge were a thoughtful gesture. this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided an exceptional stay.

New and trendy with friendly staff. Helped secure a cab and carried our suitcases. Cool car park fitting low and wide cars, even saw Porsche 911s. Rooms spacious and location is great. Bar and restaurant feature live music.

We loved staying in this hotel as it was in the city centre, close to everything we wanted to do. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely garden view. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a great variety of choices. Plus, the mini bar in our room was free!

My New Year's stay at the hotel was fantastic! I loved the uniquely decorated rooms and common areas. the facilities were great, especially the gym which was amazing! the hotel's location was perfect, we could walk to everything easily. the staff was friendly and helpful, and they offered two complementary facts during our stay which was a nice touch. the garden areas were beautiful and a great place to relax.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay at the hotel. the first was that there was no coffee machine in the room, which was a bit inconvenient.
