The location of the hotel is perfect, just out of the centre but a short walk up the river brings you to the heart of the city. The rooms are quiet and the beds are incredibly comfortable with luxurious linens. The staff is warm and accommodating, and the lobby desk is staffed 24 hours a day. The continental breakfast provides ample options and excellent coffee drinks.

The airconditioning of the room is quite noisy.

The hotel had a beautiful terrace with a nice view where we enjoyed a beer. They also upgraded us to a lovely room with a view of the river. The staff were courteous and helpful. The hotel is small and quiet, with tasteful and stylish design. It is within walking distance of the main sights in Florence, making it convenient for tourists. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of delicious options. The hotel also offers valet parking for guests.

Had an enjoyable time during Easter staying at this unique and colorful hotel. Loved the picturesque views from the quiet room and the friendly and helpful staff who added a touch of warmth to the feel of being home. Complimentary breakfast had yummy croissants included and the option to request for filtered water bottles and glasses to take to the room was convenient. the hotel's location near key attractions made exploring the city easier.

Although the hotel's atmosphere was comfortable and special, the reception area and elevators were a bit small and in the way of others. the rooms lacked certain amenities such as a TV or minibar.
