I had such a great time staying at this place. the rooms were big and comfortable, and the shared kitchen was beautiful and well-stocked. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for visiting the main attractions in the city. It was a bit of a walk from the docks, but that's expected in Venice. it was a great value for the money, and I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

the double room we had was spacious and beautifully decorated, complete with AC. We also appreciated the shared kitchen, which was well-equipped for those who wanted to prepare their own meals. the check-in process was smooth and the instructions provided were accurate and easy to follow. when our return flight was cancelled, the hosts were readily available and accommodating, allowing us to extend our stay for an extra night. the central location of the property was ideal for exploring the city. we highly recommend this property for a comfortable and convenient stay.

We really got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was absolutely outstanding, just steps away from St. Mark's Square. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
