The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, providing a cozy atmosphere for a relaxing stay. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. Additionally, the breakfast offers a variety of delicious homemade pastries and treats.

The lighting system in the hotel was not well-maintained, resulting in a dark arrival experience.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location of this place in the hills of a UNESCO natural protected site was simply stunning. The surroundings provided us with breathtaking views of the Toscana region. The hotel itself was a former monastery, transformed into a welcoming facility. We stayed in a spacious suite with a living room, bedroom, bathroom, and outdoor terrace. The room was not only comfortable but also very clean. The staff made us feel like visiting friends and were extremely welcoming. They even provided us with a delicious breakfast that included homemade sweets. The hotel had a great swimming pool for guests to enjoy, perfect for those hot summer days. We wished we could have stayed longer to make the most of all the amenities this place had to offer.
