I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel in Vicenza and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly helpful, competent, and friendly, making me feel right at home. The location of this place was superb, with free parking right in front of the hotel. It was only a short 10-minute drive to a large parking lot near the central station, and then just 5 more minutes to reach the historical center. This made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Additionally, there was a nice restaurant within walking distance, and the concierge even made a reservation for me. I also appreciated the complementary water and coffee available in the lobby.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities and a clean bathroom equipped with a rain shower. The staff provides excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.

The hotel's bar and restaurant were closed during our stay, which was quite inconvenient.

The restaurant recommended by the staff was excellent and the location is easy to find.

The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, they didn't even bother asking if I needed anything else during my check-in. the location is really inconvenient if you want to go around the city and there are no sidewalks around it.
