We had a fantastic stay at Academy. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the main station. the hostel facilities were clean and well-maintained. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the free amenities like towels and shampoo. the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. One of our favorite experiences was the aperitivo time in the evenings, where we enjoyed free wine, pasta, and snacks. the hostel was also very well-organized, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Academy for its great location and welcoming atmosphere.

Fantastic location near major attractions and a great value for money. the breakfast was okay. the staff, although sometimes rude, were also nice at times. the rooms were a bit dark but overall comfortable.

The wifi connection was very weak and the staff seemed to have mood swings. the rooms could be brighter and more inviting.

My one-day stay at Academy Hostel was fantastic! The location is perfect, right next to the Duomo, and I felt safe as a solo traveler. The location of Academy Hostel was absolutely perfect, just a stone's throw away from the famous landmarks in Florence. The facilities were excellent, especially the spacious 6-bed room that gave each of us our own single bed. The cleanliness of the hostel was impressive and the staff, apart from one incident, were friendly and helpful. The free towel and good wifi were definitely a plus.

Super friendly staff who go above and beyond to help, and allow you to store your bags before check-in. Mind-blowing selection of drinks available for purchase, and they even let you bring in your own food to enjoy on their terrace. Wi-fi, air conditioning, and lift available.
