The staff at this hotel were incredibly accommodating and friendly, providing top-notch service throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had everything we needed. Additionally, the hotel's location near Loreto metro station was extremely convenient, allowing us to easily explore the city and reach Milan central station with ease.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was excellent and we couldn't find any faults.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The bed was comfortable and the blankets were cozy. The staff took care of replacing towels, taking out the trash, and making the bed when I was out. The receptionist Wendy was pleasant and the rest of the staff was friendly. The location was convenient, with good connections to the nearby metro and bus station. Plus, I was able to leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out, which was very convenient. I would recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

We enjoyed the comfy bed and fluffy pillows, as well as the dark curtains that made the room really dark for sleeping in. the location was fantastic, with easy access to lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. the free breakfast buffet had a good selection and we appreciated the fresh juices.

Our romantic escape was not as enjoyable as we had hoped. the noise from neighboring rooms was also quite loud during the night, making it difficult to get a good night's rest.

Close to metro station, wonderful breakfast options including gluten free alternatives, helpful and pleasant staff, good location.
