We were very impressed with this place! The location is very pretty and convenient, with everything we needed within a short walk. The hotel is in the city center, but tucked away on a quiet side road, so there was no noise from traffic. The staff here are extra attentive and have created a warm and happy atmosphere. From the reception desk to the bar, from the waiters to the cleaning personnel, they all made us feel extremely welcome. Special mention to the friendly staff member who helped us with our transfer to the airport - top-notch service!

The only minor downside was the lack of prices listed in the room, which led us to believe that the water in the fridge was complimentary. However, we ended up having to pay for it.

With a spa, treatment room, and lovely swimming pool, I was truly pampered. The pool area had comfortable sun lounges with a hood canopy and was conveniently located beside the spa. There was a spacious lounge with a bar for unwinding, and the breakfast was exceptional. I loved that I could make my own juice from the fresh fruits and veggies on the table, and the variety of pancakes, scrambled eggs with bacon, and delicious cakes made mornings even better. My room on the second floor had charming matching furniture and a small balcony with chairs. The hotel's proximity to the main square, shopping area, and theater made exploring convenient.

The honeycomb at the breakfast bar was a delightful surprise. Despite our small room, opting for a balcony made a difference. The state-of-the-art shower made up for not having a bath. The lounge areas were tasteful and comfortable. The hotel's location, just a few minutes away from town, offered a peaceful retreat. The pool and jacuzzis added to the relaxation. excellent value for money.

The location was perfect for my visit to Terme Redi and Tettuccio Water Park, with everything in walking distance and the area feeling safe. The rooms were a good size by European standards, and the A/C and Wi-Fi worked well. However, what impressed me the most was the team at the hotel. They created a family-like atmosphere and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was problem-free. The staff were kind, funny, and easy-going, making my experience truly enjoyable.
