We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had a great experience. The hotel itself was extremely clean and well-maintained, with quality finishings and a spacious bathroom. The bed was large and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The location was perfect, with easy access to important sights and shops. We were just a short walk away from San Marco square and the Accademia bridge. Additionally, the hotel was right next to the famous Al Fenice opera house and close to shopping, restaurants, and the Alilaguna transportation service. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and filling, providing a great start to the day.

During my stay at Al Theatro Palace, I was delighted by the excellent location of the hotel. It was just a short five-minute walk to St. Marco's, making it incredibly convenient to explore the main attractions of the city. Additionally, the hotel was situated on a quiet alley, away from the bustling crowds, providing a peaceful atmosphere.

While my stay at Al Theatro Palace was exceptional overall, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The rooftop sitting area was dampened by the rainy weather during my visit, limiting its use.

We had a fantastic stay here! The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, surrounded by countless shops, cafes and restaurants - you won't get bored of wandering around the area. The staff were exceptional and very welcoming. In terms of facilities, the air conditioning worked amazingly well, the room amenities were great and the Wi-Fi was reliable.

Easy to get to attractions: Short walk to St Marks Square, Rialto Bridge, and Ponte dell’Accademia. Convenient and safe location. Spacious and clean rooms: Double room was spacious and bed was extremely comfortable. Clean and modern interior. Attentive and friendly staff: Maria was helpful and responsive to queries. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Great breakfast: Breakfast was good and filled you up for the day.

The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to everything but tucked away in a quiet area. We were able to easily access all the tourist attractions and were right next to the Fenice theatre, where we had tickets for an opera. The room was comfortable, with a bed that provided a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a quick-heating shower with good water pressure. The service was friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was abundant, offering a variety of hot and cold options.

The shower stall was a bit complicated, and on a few occasions, it left the bathroom floors soaked.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay special. They even provided a birthday cake, which was a lovely surprise. the hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk to all the top sights and restaurants. We also enjoyed the modern and comfortable amenities in the room, especially the separate sitting area and walk-in shower.

The room was quite small for the price, with minimal amenities. We would have appreciated more outlets and a hair dryer.

The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. I had an amazing stay at this hotel! the Superior Double room was spacious and had a fantastic view overlooking the opera house. the room had all the amenities I needed, from air-con to a large TV. the breakfast spread was exceptional, with a wide variety of hot and cold foods. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. the location was also perfect, central and close to bars, restaurants, and places of interest.
