Lovely family-owned hotel with super friendly staff and great food. the room was clean, cozy, and had a balcony with a clothesline. the breakfast was amazing with a great variety of food to choose from. the location was perfect, with a bus stop right outside the door and a tram stop just a short drive away. Free parking was also a great advantage.

There were some barking dogs nearby that could be a bit noisy at times, but it wasn't a major issue. the view from the balcony wasn't the best, but we didn't spend too much time in the room anyways.

Friendly and helpful hosts, excellent dinner recommendation, convenient location near Trieste, decent breakfast, would definitely return.
