It was close to everything and located in the center of the city. The hotel was not far from the train station, making it convenient for travel. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at Bencidormi. The place was clean and in a great location, just a short walk from the train station. There were plenty of nice restaurants nearby, and the owner, Roberto, was super nice and helpful. He even helped us purchase tickets to the Uffizi Gallery and assisted with our train tickets. The bedroom was a good size and had a seating area with a charming view of the street. The double glazing on the shutters kept the room quiet, and the mattress was very comfortable. The shared kitchen was convenient, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We wish we could have stayed longer!

As a receptionist in a luxury hotel myself, I can confidently say that Bencidormi offers 5-star service.

loved our stay at this cozy florence hotel. the hosts, paola and roberto, were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. the location was perfect, with the train station and main attractions just a stone's throw away. the room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. the 24-hour breakfast and snacks were a pleasant surprise, especially the delicious cookies!

The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a short walk to the San Lorenza market and close to all the sightseeing places. We were provided with a map and rundown of the sites when we checked in, making it easy to navigate around. The room was cleaned and made up every day, ensuring a comfortable stay. the nearby Cafe at the corner offers a great breakfast with excellent choices of beverage and food.

The Wi-Fi signal in our room was weak and kept dropping out, making it difficult to stay connected.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel in Florence. The location was perfect, as it was close to the train station and within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions. That there is no elevator in the hotel, so guests have to carry their bags up the stairs.
