The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing. It is located right behind St Marc's Square, literally right off St Mark's Square. The convenience of being in the center of San Marco is unparalleled.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a few steps from St. Marks square and right next to a canal where we could watch the gondolas "park" at night. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with a smile. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the dining room was cozy, despite being small. The hotel also provided complimentary boat taxi service to Murano, which was a great bonus. We loved sitting on the balcony while eating breakfast, enjoying the view of the canal and watching the gondolas prepare for the day. The room itself was very nice, with a spacious bathroom. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely return.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in Venice for a few days. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Saint Mark's Square, yet away from the crowds. From the small balconies, I could watch the gondoliers loading and unloading on the canal, which was quite entertaining. Additionally, the hotel had a cute balcony where breakfast was served, overlooking a pool of gondolas. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the breakfast options were plentiful. the hotel had an antique charm, being one of the oldest in Italy.

The service was exceptional with room service available 24/7. The room amenities were on point with air conditioning, mini-bar, and in-room safe. The hotel had a great location, being close to key attractions. We were able to easily explore the city on foot. the staff were polite and friendly, providing good service. Additionally, the breakfast included in our stay was a nice bonus, offering a variety of options to start our day off right.

the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard, with hair still present in the sink and stains remaining even after cleaning. Secondly, we had a billing problem where we were charged for items that we did not consume.

Our room was well decorated and clean, with no issues with the room or wifi. the breakfast provided a good variety of selections and the staff were friendly and fluent in English. the hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore the surrounding area, including the famous Rialto Bridge. it was a charming and enjoyable stay.

The breakfast staff were attentive and friendly, making our dining experience even more pleasant. Despite a few minor drawbacks, our overall stay at Albergo Cavalletto & Doge Orseolo was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Venice. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.
