This hotel is in a fantastic location, near public transport and within walking distance of many historic locations. It's situated in a quiet area, yet close to the bustling Piazza del Popolò, making it the perfect base for exploring Rome. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were well-maintained and had all the basic amenities we needed, including a very clean toilet. Additionally, the fact that breakfast was included was a great bonus.

No major issues, everything was great during our stay.

I had a minor issue with the Wi-Fi in my room, and the staff went above and beyond to solve it, apologizing sincerely for the inconvenience. This level of dedication to their guests' satisfaction was truly impressive. Additionally, the hotel itself was lovely, with well-kept and spacious rooms that provided a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring. The breakfast offered a delightful variety of tasty options to start the day on a high note. I would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Rome.

Honestly, the complementary champagne and snacks offered for New Year's Eve were a nice touch. The hotel's proximity to the city center and tourist attractions was very convenient. the room was quite spacious and had a great view of the city.

The lack of soundproofing was a major issue. I could hear everything going on in the rooms next to me as well as the noise from the busy street outside.
