It is conveniently located right across the street from pedestrian-only areas and is a short walk to the old town with its shops and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. They were always helpful and couldn't do enough for me. The hotel itself has a fascinating and beautiful architectural design, adding to the overall charm of the stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Good location in the heart of the historic center, making it easy to explore restaurants and shops. Modern and well-equipped bathrooms with quality fittings. The breakfast was delicious and served in a clean and comfortable dining area. The option to leave luggage at the front desk after checkout was convenient.

The hotel is somewhat dated, but everything in the rooms still functions properly. Lack of acoustic isolation, resulting in noise from the streets late into the night.

Not to mention the fact that the hotel's location was fantastic, giving us easy access to all that the city had to offer. On top of all this, they also offered complimentary Wi-Fi and complimentary parking. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Familiar with Como, the staff provided helpful local recommendations and even suggested a pizzeria. Great breakfast selection, including tasty coffee. Hassle-free parking in the courtyard if you have a car.

There were a few drawbacks, such as the old and noisy equipment in the room, including the squealing bathroom and toilet doors, as well as the noisy hot-water hoses. The TV also didn't have international stations, only two German channels.
